In addition to the aforementioned markets, the United States Military and other governmental agencies will also provide additional market enhancement first right of refusal to build, operate, and provide all Earth Station and Teleport facility services to Columbia both domestically and internationally. Columbia Communications Corporations currently operates the two TDRSS (Tracking and Data Relay Satellite Systems) Satellites. The TDRSS system provides Telemetry and Tracking for NASA. the Space Shuttle and other spacecraft. Columbia operates twenty-four C-band transponders on board TDRSS which transmit voice, video, and data between North America, Europe, and Asia. The total population under the two TDRSS Satellites exceeds ONE BILLION SEVEN HUNDRED MILLION (l,700,000,000) PEOPLE in essence, the entire Northern Hemisphere.

Teleports International has also been offered a reciprocal discount agreement as well as an invitation to provide Earth Station and Teleport services to PanAmSat. PanAmSat operates a Global Satellite System, which provides C-band and KU-band transmission capability within a four satellite operating system. The principal business of Teleports International Corporation, A Nevada Corporation, is to provide Earth station, Teleport, and other Gateway services to the telecommunications industry. Our facilities primary function is to interconnect terrestrial telecommunications systems which transmit voice, video, and data signals domestically and internationally to orbiting satellites, which in turn retransmit these signals to other ground-based Earth Stations and Teleports for terrestrial distribution. By definition, a teleport is a communication facility or hub, interconnecting various communications mediums. Envision, for example, the-much touted "Information Superhighway, "the internet" as an international flight pattern that connects every country, city, town and village throughout the world. In such a scenario, teleports can be likened to air traffic control stations that create and manage the connections, enabling businesses ad consumers to transport or teleport information from place to place faster, easier and more economically than ever before.
