Chief Engineer: Mr. C. Ray Sensney has over 30 years of experience in the technical and business aspects of the communications industry. He has been involved in large, medium, and small companies in both corporate and entrepreneurial roles. His background includes corporate management, business development, systems engineering, satellite communications, fiber optic networks, and television transmission. Mr. Sensney is the founder of the VYWX Corporation and is responsible for installing the first 1,000 miles of fiber optic cable installed here in the United States. He is also a former Assistant Launch Director at Cape Canaveral. While at Rockwell International, Mr. Sensney managed the proposal and design of the PBS Distribution Systems as Manager of Engineering.
Vice President of Marketing, Latin America: Mr. Yamil C. Tabraue has extensive experience in the field of sales and marketing. For over the past fifteen years, he has worked in several Central and Latin American countries, including Chile, Ecuador, Venezuela, and the United States. Mr. Tabraue is multi-lingual and is currently the president of a retail jewelry enterprise located in Miami, Florida, managing millions of dollars in assets. With the current demand in Latin American countries for telecommunications services, we are excited at the prospect of expanding our markets with Mr. Tabraue's expertise.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer: Gerald Leon Washington, founder, owner, and operator of Consultants International, a business consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing and has also been directly involved in the field of telecommunications since 1983. Mr. Washington has over 26 years of experience in sales and marketing, and has extensive expertise in working with several Fortune Five-Hundred companies such as National Can Corp., Testron International, Dean Witter Reynolds. Mr. Washington has also represented Columbia Communications Corporation in marketing transponder capacity on board the two TDRSS satellites within the western region of the United States. Mr. Washington is responsible for acquiring working agreements with Columbia Communications and PanAmSat, which allow for providing Earth Station and Teleport services for both of these organizations whose satellite footprints collectively cover the entire population of this planet. With the creation of Teleports International, Mr. Washington will also provide high-quality, low cost-standardized as well as customized ground segment accessibility for broadcasters, telecommunications organizations, and satellite carriers, operating domestically and internationally.
Chief of Operations: Basil Hidehiko Takeda has been directly involved in telecommunications since serving as an Assistant Regional Manager with International Trading Group in 1986. Mr. Takeda with his extensive background in the brokerage and investment banking industry was previously an Account Vice President of Paine Webber Inc. in Hilo, Hawaii. Currently, Mr. Takeda owns and operates his own real estate enterprise. Mr. Takeda will be responsible for the operational aspects of Teleports International Corporation.
Manager of Office Operations: Bineeta Raven Lal has over 20 years of Human Resources and Operations Management experience. Most recently she was the Director of Employee Relations for Global Crossing Ltd., one of the largest Telecommunications companies servicing over 20,000 employees. Her primary function was to Manage the Organizational Development aspect of employees through acquisitions and mergers. Ms. Lal was a key player in the start up of Mustek Incorporated, a Tawaiianese based company located in Irvine, CA. Her responsibilities included staffing up to 300 members in a manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments in the Hi-tech industry. Ms. Lal also served as Operations Manger for Snap-on Tools located In Honolulu, Hawaii. She was accountable for administration of daily operations for two separate offices, staff training on new products, managing inventory control and accounts receivables for over 3.5 million. Ms Lal’s responsibilities will include administering the daily operations of Teleports International offices bother domestically and internationally.
